I lost another pound! I put on a T short I bought when I was about 8 pounds lighter than this. It looks great! I stopped wearing it because of my fat rolls. My stomach looks so much better.

I went to the surgeon and my BP and my heart rate are finally normal. Also my surgeon is very handsome. Glad I didn't notice this earlier but don't know how I did. He saw me naked. Lol.

Weight Watchers is very anti-surgery. I used them for a while and failed. When I was trying to hey approved for surgery, they did everything they possible could to keep me from getting the documentation I needed. They are greedy corporate scum. Jmo.

I had the same worries but I decided that being healthy, active, being able to reach my feet, not having pressure incontinence and living longer were worth losing my hair, being wrinkly and having extra skin!

It's none of their business! I don't know why we feel like we are obligated to share intimate details of our lives with our coworkers. If you feel comfortable that's fine but personally I don't.

I am not interested in hearing everyone else's opinions about what I should be doing, nor in answering a million questions.
Most of the women I work with are trying really hard to lose weight and although most are smaller than me, I'm just not interested in talking about it. That's all they talk about is their food and Zumba.
I don't want people asking me what I'm eating and why. It could be that as more time goes on I feel comfortable talking about it but not now.

I don't know what my problem is. I have lost 27 pounds in two months and it's like nothing to me.

I can't even bring myself to take pictures. I kept putting off the before pictures because I just don't want to be reminded of it.
I feel like my shoes are looser. I can see it in my face. But I have lost weight and regained SO many times I just can't even feel happy. Especially when I know I have so far to go.

It's so taboo because so many people - junk food companies/fitness gurus/drug companies - have a vested interest in keeping people fat and continually buying the next "miracle cure". They spend millions marketing their products to us and telling us it's our fault we are fat.
I'm not saying it's not my fault for being fat, but there are more factors at play that got me to 375 lbs than just my lack of self control over my eating habits.
food companies spend millions trying to find that "sweet spot" where the perfect combination of salty, sweet and fat combine to get the highest response from the test group. They are designing foods to target and increase our desire for the flavors.
I've often eaten a bag of chips, and as I ate more, I got hungrier - I was driven to eat till I was stuffed. How many times has that happened when eating an apple....NEVER! :-P
