I would guess if you do a liquid diet for a week with high Protein you could probably lose at least five if not more.
Some people he asks to lose weight just can't or don't. And one woman was being so enabled by her family he had her in the hospital for a month to see if she could lose away from them.

I can understand fully that everyone has their type, everyone likes a certain kind of person. Some men are attracted to larger women, some like super skinny, some like in between.
But this isn't even about that. I have noticed that last time I lost weight three years ago, I was right around this same weight, and suddenly men at my job who had ignored me were talking to me. I wasn't even aware that they ignored me, I guess I am a private person and I don't talk to everyone either. But out of the blue men who were friends with the people around me started to include me in their jokes or ask me questions or what have you.
And now it is happening again. It isn't like they are hitting on me. Just saying hi in the hall or adding on to a conversation I am having with someone else. What the hell?
I do not get it. I sincerely hope that I am not like that. I have tried really hard not to be like that with people I don't find attractive. I try to give everyone an equal shot at friendship and at contributing something to a team.
Why would you just ignore someone until they become socially acceptable to you?

Recently I mixed an avocado with Greek yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper, and some salsa.
I put some on a turkey burger, (without a bun),it was so good.

Theres a reason why they are single. From what I've heard POF is mostly a hookup site. But I know people who found someone on there too.

I didn't have issues with attracting men after my first marriage went south. In fact I had some friends of my ex asking me out before we were divorced. I said no to most of them.
I found that everyone has their type and honestly I knew deep down I was going to lose weight come hell or high Water so I really didn't want to date anyone who wasn't on the same path to health.
I did have some funny experiences with online dating. I used to have younger men contact me on MySpace asking me out. No idea why, they were like ten years younger than me. I just said no.
And I met my husband online. I actually didn't want to wait to long to meet because I was afraid we would build it up and then something might be off when we met in person. I didn't want to waste time and get hurt.
We got engaged six months after our first date.
I wish I could be a matchmaker and help everyone find love.

I am switching to DePaul, I filled out the paperwork and sent it in today.
I also filed a complaint with Joint Commission.

You can't buy clothes on clearance for the season that just passed because you dont know what size you will be next year.

So funny story. First time I went in there was a woman in the waiting room with me, we started talking and she said she was having a revision.
I told her I had started at Des Peres but I hated it and she said "well this is Des Peres." I just looked at her and thought "wait what???"
And then I said "no this is DePaul!" And she said "oh yeah. Well I have ADHD too." Lol
