I decided to do gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight so that I can have a better life. I want to be able to have children and be active and keep up with them. I have a large pitbull hound mix dog that is very active, & I wanted to keep up with his exercise. I also wanted to get rid of the many weight related health issues that I have. For my 2 week pre-op I lost 20 pounds! I had my surgery on November 19th. Pre op diet also took my diabetic a1c down from 6.8 to 6.3.
