  10. I am very proud of what I have accomplished with the sleeve's help as well as support of my friends and my surgical team. Interacting on the forum and tracking in myfitnesspal.com has really helped. I'm lower than my goal, and trying to add back healthy foods along with my Protein.

  13. I'm 67 now! Had my surgery nov 12,12 and am below goal. I have last 102 pounds and trying not to lose any more. Upping my good carbs per the nutritionist. I had total knee replacement almost 3 years ago. I also have titanium joints in my big toes. Have walked 2 five k's but prefer to do deep water aerobics! It doesn't hurt!!
  14. I'm back to tracking on myfitnesspal.com . Eating less than 1000 calories. Talked with nutritionist today! She is awesome. Will be adding more peanut butter, fruits in my shakes, cheese with wheat crackers. Wants me to up the good carbs but not count calories. Will see what happens
  15. Everyone has been very supportive except my sister and brother. They don't ask how I am doing or feel. Amazing to me. Think they might be jealous or I took the easy way out. Oh well! I'm proud and my husband is very supportive!!
  16. I'm having the opposite problem right now. I stopped tracking and am still losing weight, which is not what I want to do at this point. Goal weight was 130 and I was 123 yesterday. Still getting sick when I try and up my calories. Still watching my Protein. My daughter who is a doctor and had the surgery, feels I might be losing muscle now. Have a call into the nutricianist to find out what I should do. I can't eat larger servings, still use a small plate and fork.
  17. I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis. Remember that only God knows. Make sure you take care of yourself as your daughter needs you healthy, too. Pray he beats the odds and he stays with your family. He always will be with both of you!!! Prayers for healing and comfort.
