I had to 'bubble in' answers for 700 questions and then go back a week later for the 'talking' portion... Congrats on passing!Anyone?I had to pay a $35 copay for each of my 6 nutritionist visits and for my two psych appointments. And for surgery I have to pay $200 . So like $480 all together for me...I told my boss that I was having surgery and her eye brows shot up and she asked if everything was alright? I told her they were more than alright and that I'm having the sleeve done. And that I'm not telling many people about it so I'd appreciate her not saying anything. She asked how long I would need to be out for and I told her 2 weeks minimum (I work in child care and have to lift 2 year olds quite often) and she said she doesn't want me to chance it so she put me out for 3 weeks. I'm already getting my group of kids ready for when I can't lift them and my boss is being a lot more understanding than I expected!Awesome! The 1st anniversary of my 21st birthday is on June 2... Let me know when you get your date. From the day they scheduled my surgery til the day of surgery is 5 weeks.In 30 days I will be getting my sleeve! Hurry up June 28! I'm ready for my new life! The count down is ON!Nope. I can only find it online... I use a site called bjs bariatrics to order mine.I love the syntax nectar cappuccino and strawberry kiwi flavors. Also I use the pure protein chocolate flavor from Walmart.I live just about in the middle of Houma and New Orleans. I will be sleeved on June 28, 2013! I'll be having surgery on June 28 and I'm hoping that with the weight loss my fiancé and I will be able to have children... About 8 months after our April 2014 wedding.Lucky you!I got my date!
