  1. Hooray they you're happy and healthy. I'm glad your PCP is supportive. Quite a rush, I imagine? I'm happy for you! My PCP has been onboard since go and was also fascinated by Mexico.
  2. I agree with your approach. I weigh every two weeks. I've never hit a stall either. A tree falling in the woods all alone does make a sound... BUT, if you never see a stall on your scale? It didn't happen.
  3. I weigh and measure every two weeks. If I don't see the stall, it never happened. :-D
  4. And, I've actually taken to calling him Sleeve Perry, not Tool. Don't Stop Believing!
  5. *crickets crickets*
  6. I read this article the other day. They've never had my business b4, and now they never will! http://www.opposingviews.com/i/models/abercrombie-fitch-refuses-make-clothing-large-customers
  7. What? Me? Nothing...
  8. My biggest pet peeve is tripping over the beaten dead horse that SOMEONE didn't clean up when the were done. And when aforementioned dead horse beater stirs the pot with the same stick used beating the horse... Sigh...

  10. Pb&J is good if you microwave it about 10 seconds. Cashew/coconut is decent. I just ordered Choc chip cookie dough which has great reviews and the brownie bar.
  11. Free shipping this month. Promo code: OnAQuest
  12. Empty carbs and calories, for me. Plus, I don't want to get my caffeine habit back. Not to mention I've had issues with SVT and excessive caffeine use aggravates it. My SVT has been well behaved with my weight loss and I don't want to wake the sleeping dragon, ya know?
  13. I'm quitting coffee starting tomorrow. It's become a daily thing, where as before it was maybe once a week. Sigh...
  14. It is a very "real" and "surreal" feeling, isn't it?
  15. Welcome!! Good for you! I hope you have a safe and uneventful surgery and a smooth recovery. I didn't go to Dr. Garcia but he is very highly regarded.
  16. How would you define the Sleeve then? It is an elective surgery. It is not a cure for obesity, but it is a very effective treatment. It can be used properly or it can be ignored and manipulated. I'd also like to add my condolences to your recent loss.
