Well my surgery isn't until October 2nd,but I want to join anyways! Starting pre surgery weight: 291 Halloween goal weight. 265 Probably going to be relatively easy with my pre op diet starting soon, but I'll adjust as needed

Definitely do. And the important thing is to let your body get used to it. I know I retained a lot of Water around the time that my periods used t be, when I first started taking it. I wasn't closely monitoring my weight back then like I am now, so I can't be sure if I didn't gain a couple pounds at first. So yeah, you might go up a little, but it might just be water weight.

I've been on seasonique for 4 years now, and I love it. Due to my extreme anemia, I get to skip the placebos and haven't had a period for 4 years. I haven't gained any weight since I started it either

I drink the Atkins low carb and the slim fast low carb, both rtd. I can't stand the weird protein after taste of powdered drinks or the weird sugary taste of the others but these aren't too bad

What date did you get? Congrats on the approval! I got my approval last month, and I had the biggest **** eating grin on my face the whole day! That was the second time it was sent in too. My date is October 2nd

I'm very interested to hear what the cause of this is. I have chronic dry skin problems, and this sounds like what my skin is like in the winter. I make my own brown sugar scrub, it's gentle on your skin and takes care of the dry skin issues. Do 3 cups of brown sugar, add (1/4th cup of regular sugar if you want extra texture) and then start off with 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil or any kind of olive oil, add more a little bit at a time until you get the consistency that you want. Yep, I turned it upside down so all the chicken was at the top of the bottle. And my Water was really boiling when I put it in, and it worked for me. Was your mixture cold enough? It has to be really cold, that's why you put so much ice in it

I'm getting nervous too! I'm on October 2nd. I've got a countdown widget on my phone that says 33 days!

Check out allegiant air. They only go to certain places from certain airports though so if you're not opposed to playing around with dates and airports, use it. I got a cheap plane ticket to Vegas next year, saved 400 dollars compared to what Expedia was offering me! I do have to drive 50 miles to the airport, but that won't cost 400 for sure!
