breast options after weight loss
Any gals who have had breast augmentation notice an absence of sensitivity?? My husband told me a story that he heard about one of his coworker's wives who had breast implants and she lost all feeling..supposedly her husband said, "she didn't even know he was on them".....Not sure if this is true or not, but I would be torn between looking nice or full sensation.

Finally - protein I can tolerate!
I like "Protein Ice" brand in the blue raspberry flavor...zero carbs, not too sweet, and tart and refreshing over ice. I buy it at a local sports nutrition shop. It's a little pricey as well...:/

How dis your marriage change after your sleeve?
Hi Sars...I wonder this too. My husband and I have been together for almost 30 years and we have weathered lots of tough times. Although he is not super supportive of me going to Mexico to have this surgery, and has expressed fears for my well being and outcome (sometimes harshly) I feel confidant that once I am on the other side and feeling good, it will improve our relationship even more. I hope to inspire him to take better care of himself, and to include him in activities other than our usual dining out. This surgery is an investment in our future!

Taste Buds And Sleeve Surgery
I've read lots of posts about this...seems to be a common occurrence for people. It's related to being in ketosis I think but supposedly it gets better as time goes by, your tastes return to normal.

Gastric Sleeve Book?
I've watched his youtube videos too and really like them. He was my first choice in surgeon but I'm not patient enough to wait to save up his surgery fee :/

Syntrax Nector Samples
Maybe they are older than the tub stuff?? Age/moisture/settling could affect how it would come out of the package, clumpy or loose and free-flowing. Maybe try to break it up before you mix it...

Gastric Sleeve Book?
I've got Dr. Alvarez's book...it's pretty good, lots of general information, some "troubleshooting" tips...you can order it off his website endobariatric.com or I think there is even a link on here somewhere I've seen.
