  1. Call surgeons office. Answering service will answer and have the Doc call you. If you do not hear back from doc call service again after 20 minutes. Always better to be safe than sorry. Your PCP will tell you to call the surgeon. The surgeons office will tell you what to do or send you to ER if they feel its warranted. Keep us updated!!! Hope all is well....
  2. I knew from other posts of yours that you had terrible trouble with the band. I know a cpl ppl with the band and due to seeing them go through hell with it I never even thought of it as an option. But early on it looked like a miracle. And a lot of ppl still swear by it. I am happy you have found your happy place and sounds like you are getting to your goal. I am your height. I also wanna get down to 125- 130. Do you mind me asking why your doc said do not get down to 125?

  9. If you count the carbs for each individual ingredient it is a lot of carbs. And the point of the pre op diet is to be low carb in order to shrink the liver. You may want to do a lower carb version of the smoothie. Pre and post op.

  14. Every female should take calcium. And if you are on a PPI (acid reducer) you definitely should be on calcium because it reduces calcium.
  15. Muscle milk is lactose free.
  16. Citracal brand is calcium citrate with vitamin d. Just a different brand. I buy the store brand from Walmart, CVS or Walgreens.
