Ok I was just sleeved on 7/16/13. I realize that my question is very early on in this process. As of today I am 304, which is down 15 pounds since the day of surgery. I am 43 years old and I have been overweight all my life. I am 5.5". Question: what are some things,that some of you that had similar numbers, do to reduce excess skin. I don't want to lose a whole lot and then find out that I could have done something along the way that would help. I know I will have some, but I want to minimize any that I can.
