  1. Everyone stalls at some point....especially after such a big loss. It's the process, just the way it goes. It's your body's way of playing catch up. It goes something like this....lose a bunch....stall....lose a bunch....stall....lose a bunch and so on throughout the entire process. Your lucky to have seen that big loss before hitting a stall. It will start up again. When your not seeing the #'s decrease on the scale check your measurements you will lose inches during this time. Don't freak out just stay on plan, and you will continue to lose. You can do this!!!!!
  2. I know a great doc in Austin. My sister uses him. She had RNY 3 years ago and he is and has done her work. Looks great!!! PM me I you want his info.

  5. I have UHC also. I was told all deductibles and out of pocket would have to be paid upfront before surgery.
  6. I did try them. Wasted money when it comes right back....you look really great!!! It will all come off. You are doing awesome!!!!

  8. They only take off retained Water wgt. The results don't last. They work great for an event to get into a smaller size then it all comes back a few days later. Pretty much a scam....

  10. Make sure your BMI is at or above what your insurance requires before you go to a seminar because what vet your wgt is then is your starting wgt.
  11. You have made the right decision and will be very happy with your experience and care you receive with dr. Alvarez. I personally know many patients that have used him. No one I know of or on VST has a bad thing to say about him. Go knowing you are in good hands.
