  1. I know how you feel, I don't fall asleep until 6am and then I end up sleeping all day. My body won't let me sleep at night. I feel like my high blood pressure is gone but now I have acid reflux and insomnia. So I gave up one med and gained two, ugh.
  2. I tend to drop faster when I eat more also. Days where I don't eat much, the scale won't budge but on days where I eat a little more I drop like crazy.
  3. Thank you!
  4. If 3500 calories makes you gain one pound, then why did I go from being 180 two days ago to 183 right now? I haven't eaten enough to gain that much weight, especially in such a short amount of time so how is it that I gained 3lbs in 2 days? I'm confused..
  5. Sleeved on July 30th, started out at 271 and I'm now 180. I haven't worked out but I do take Vitamins regularly. Went from a size 22-24 to a size 14 in pants. I was a 3x in shirts and I'm now a large. I'm 5'5 and I'd like to be under 150.
  6. I'm wondering the same thing because I don't pee much lol
  7. That's exactly what I feel, I feel as if it's a lot less when I go but I drink a lot.
  8. I love it, doesn't matter how long I sleep, I never get interupted by the intense urge to pee.
  9. Lol I don't get up at night to go anymore either. And I don't poo as much either, and no more random stomach aches. It's wonderful haha
  10. I've noticed since my surgery that my bladder habits are different. The only way I can explain it is it's like my bladder shrank after I lost all this weight. It's not that I pee more often but my bladder seems to hold less. Has anyone experienced this or am I alone lol. Btw I have no infections or anything so I've ruled all that out.
  11. I haven't exercised yet and have lost 90lbs so far and I was sleeved July 30th
  12. I'm 5'5 and I'll be happy with weighing less than 150. I'm currently 182 and started at 271.
  13. I've actually become pretty lactose intolerant since surgery, kinda depressing.
  14. If I eat icecream I become extremely nauseous and sick, try to avoid it.
  15. It's normal to go up and down a few pounds, don't stress about it. Just continue to follow the diet and focus.
  16. I haven't worked out in awhile because I'm having medical problems not related to my sleeve. I quit the shakes about 3 months ago because I'm getting everything in through food. My favorite thing to eat at the moment is scallops.
  17. Man I must've been lucky then, I was back to nursing at one week out and no pain.
  18. I don't know about anyone else but I was back to almost normal activity by week 2. I went back to work 4 days afterwards and did fine, just a bit more tired.
  19. Unfortunately I do, my inner thighs are kinda highly, my stomach is loaded with stretch marks, and my boobs are flabby lol but I'm happy with my progress and feel great. Thank you all!
