1. Starting weight was 271 and I havebt worked out once so far
2. I've been using cocoa butter and Jergens skin tightening lotion. If it wasn't so dark you'd be able to see my stretch marks. I still have a little bit to go. Thank you
3. And a little over 6 months out
4. I've lost 10 more lbs since I posted this
5. 6 months out I can only eat 3oz max, depending on the food. I think your tummy is numb and still in shock so you're not feeling the fullness. Instead of eating until you're full, measure your food.
6. For a year before surgery I had an IUD and my periods were pretty normal. They actually lasted about 4 days and were on the light side, but they would come on time every month. A month before surgery it was removed, I had it re-inserted a month after surgery and now my periods are extremely heavy the first 3 days and they come whenever. I just actually got mine yesterday and it was over a week late. Don't know whether it's the 100lbs weight loss and the hormones flooding my body or the IUD.
7. Thank you thank you everyone! You're making me feel great!
8. Why thank you I feel phenomenal as well
9. Thank you! I'm sure you'll look amazing
10. I've been taking fiberchoice gummies, problem solved guys LOL
11. Thank you all! To be honest, when I was having my stalls is when I would let myself eat something off my diet, and it would spark my metabolism to start working again and that's how I got out of them. But everyone is different so what worked for me may not work for any of you.
12. I know how that feels, I stayed at 200.9 for like over a week waiting for it to drop was torture!
13. I'm 20, 19 when I had the surgery
14. My hips only shrank an inch or two even though I lost over 95lbs. But I have a curvy frame.
15. Thank you! I'm 5'5, I haven't exercised yet because I can't afford a gym membership. Well I've walked but I haven't done anything hardcore. When it gets warmer I'm going to start running.
16. The first picture is me a month before surgery at a whopping 280lbs. The second picture is me today. I'm proud to say that 6 months later I am 175lbs and about 20lbs away from my goal. I've gone through hell to get here, but I made it.
