  1. Awesome! I'm so happy for you!
  2. In a perfect world, we would be drinking well over 64pz a day. But, as long as you're not dehydrated, it doesn't matter how much you drink because there is no minimum amount. Even at 6 months out I can't drink 2 liters a day, I'd be taking a sip every minute just to keep up if that was the case. I'm hydrated so I'm not worried.
  3. She's absolutely gorgeous, congratulations!
  4. Oh haha, sorry I'm not up to speed with computer lingo
  5. Maybe it's your sodium? I've been watching mine because the sodium in my Christmas ham caused me to retain water and I gained 2lbs.
  6. I weight everyday too, seeing ounces come off everyday keeps me motivated
  7. Early on yes, but not lately. I actually just started dropping again and lost 4lbs in the past 3 days.
  8. Would you be willing to post a pic? I'd love to see what 126lbs look like on someone who used to weigh that much. That's amazing!
  9. Oh lol I've never really learned emoticons hehe
  10. You're very welcome, keep your head up
  11. I had mine at Orange Regional in Middletown
  12. You're about 45 minutes from me
  13. 6 months out and I can't chug, but I can tale a few pretty big gulps. It'll get better but you'll probably never chug again.
  14. Don't beat yourself up, we've all done it whether we admit it or not. There was a day where I had a cinnamon bun oozing with frosting, a chocolate bar, and pizza. The next day I got right back on track and dropped 3lbs. Just focus and don't make it a habit, it's good to indulge every once in awhile to keep yourself happy and feeling normal.
  15. I was the same way for the first month, but I'm 6 months post-op now and fear that my frequency isn't normal.
  16. They definitely get smaller, mine used to be huge and I was never able to wear ugg boots or sexy boots but now I can wear anything that goes up my calves. I actually have a bunch of extra room in my boots now it's wonderful. I've also noticed that my feet are smaller now too. I went down a shoe size, never really thought I had fat feet but apparently I did.
  17. How frequently do you have bowel movements? I have them every couple of days sometimes longer and I wondered if this was normal or if I have a fiber problem. Any advice would be great
  18. It's kind of gross when the hair runs down my body in the shower, ick. Hopefully it slows down soon, fortunately I have long thick hair so it's not noticeable.
