  1. I would love that!
  2. Does anyone experience aches in the legs? I have is so bad today! Im hoping it's because I'm not as active as I was before surgery and that I've been resting for a week and a half. Can't wait to get back in my exercise routine.
  3. I took my strips off today and one of mine is open too!!! It's not bleeding but I can see one of the stitches on the inside ewwww. Im seeing my surgeon tomorrow but keeping it covered with a bandaid tonight, cleaning it with antibacterial soap tomorrow. Gross gross gross!!!
  4. I don't have any yet... But I can't wait to fit in the plane and rollercoasters!!!
  5. I haven't had any Tylenol since 6am and no Vicodin since yesterday afternoon and my lightheadedness and dizziness has disappeared. Really hoping that is was what causing it! and I'm not in that much pain or discomfort today
  6. I am going to try and drink more liquids and protein for sure. Been doing pretty good today. Thanks for the support everyone!!!
  7. Thank you everyone for your encouragement! The past couple of days I have also been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, tired but can't sleep... What could I be? I could up my liquids but it's a feeling a got when I didn't eat before I had surgery... I am trying to eat as much as I can...maybe I'm not eating enough?
  8. I had my surgery 6 days ago. I wish so bad I had a recliner. That sounds like heaven right now compared to this couch lol. I pray we all get a good nights sleep.
  9. I am so sick of sleeping on the couch... Feeling uncomfortable... Feeling pain in my stomach.... Being lightheaded because of the Vicodin. I cannot stand that I don't feel myself right now. I want my energy back...I want my bed back too hard to sleep on my sides and too hard to sleep on my back so I sleep upright on the stupid couch! I'm over this already.
  10. I cheated two days before and I was on liquid for a month. It was like a wake up call for me. It was impulsive. It wasn't even good. I cried for about an hour and a half. I had to wait 13 hours before I could get an answer if I was allowed surgery or not. I got 4 hours of sleep that night...looking back, I realized that cheating wasn't worth the misery. My nurse didnt even care that I had a sandwhich, but I am more motivated to be successful at this surgery. I hope that you don't worry like I did and I'm sure you'll be fine, but food is just not worth making my life miserable anymore. Sorry, I ranted lol.
  11. I am so scared about losing my hair. How long does it take to grow back?
  12. That was very nice of her
  13. Also, explain that your new tummy can't eat much now because it is healing. But that you will be able to eat in the future.
