  9. I dont smoke & certainly am not going to judge. Honestly, how cld anyone on here? We've all had an eating prob or we wouldnt hv had the surgery. Your ID, says a lot & very encouraging. I hope you dont mind me suggesting something to you. You may think its silly but writting encouraging notes (the opposite of what u r feeling & posting them thru your house & reading them all thru the day can help boost ya. Just a thought. Hope you get to feeling better.

  18. Im 3wks post op & wondering what everyone is losing monthly? My atomach is still swollen from surgery (not bad it has went dwn a lot), my clothes are fitting a lot looser. Shirts tht were tight are not now. My scale shows about 13 lbs. So far.
  19. I have noticed on here & searching the net that each dr. Has their own preference on what their patient can have. My dr. Put me on liquids for 3wks then start adding soft foods, which is what I hv been trying. If i can tolerate it, he said it was fine.
  20. I appreciate your update. My doctor is the one tht said it ws ok & also gave me juice in the hosp. I didnt however realize abt the Greek yogurt until reading in the forums so, im for sure going to try tht. I hv been doing great, but fluids are the hardest to get dwn.
