How many carbs are you doing in a day? Sugar content? Curious as wht is a good count.

I try to stay away frm sugar also but something hv a little in it. So wasnt sure how much is too much.

If you want to count carb grams, most doctors say 30 grams and under is best for losing.

There are a lot of people who don't watch carbs at all, and feel it doesn't make any difference in their losing.
