I had the sleeve 3 months ago and I've lost well over 30 lbs. I looked at myself yesterday and realized Im really wasting away, wow! Best damn thing I couldve did was have that surgery!

I've had 3 c-sections and there is no comparison to the pain from a csection to pain from the sleeve. Thats just how much pain u wont have. Good luck youll be fine!

I was sleeved two months ago tomorrow and have lost 30 lbs. Most of that was lost in the first couple of weeks. Although the scale hasnt moved in a while I definitely see the inches coming off. I'm looking for some exercises I can do at home. I plan to go and get some dumbbells. I am a stay at home so Im looking for exercises or web sites that I can check out at home.

TY Shain. N to all that took the time 2 comment on this post TY. Today is a better day. Im going to the store to get some sugar free candy to suck on. Im actually 23 lbs down and I feel great today. Yesterday was rough...Thx for the support n encouragement...MuaHHzzzzz***
