I everyone still in hospital after having my sleeve last night everything went fine but the last 4 hours my stomach has swollen and it really hurts has any one had this problem.thankyou.....,

Hi,I was spitting blood for the first 24 hours and my leak test took 45 mintes for the fluro to go into the sleeve.They made me walk,checked it,walk,checked it 4 times...my stomach was extremely swollen on the inside.

Do you mean your belly looks swollen up from the outside?

Sorry to hear about your pain, NO this is not typical, but is indeed possible. Be sure to stick by what your doc says to do and give it some time. Each person is different, some breeze through the surgery with nary an issue, I was extremely nauseous but not in pain at all.

Sorry! Keep ur head up. My surgery wasn't a breeze I had a lot of pain. Feel better hun!
