I came thru better then ever. Yes walk walk walk and when you don't want to walk some more ..and gas x strips....star med clinic was the best. Finally telling some people i had it done and where but i must say that was the best hospital i have ever been to. The people are so so so nice sometimes to nice...lol would not change a thing.

Slim fast has one that has. 20g protein if you can find them. Love them..is something wrong i never had a problem drinking or swollen. Lord everyone prays must really work

Would it be bad if i start real protein shake on Tuesday due to that will be a week post surgery. I haven't found anything but broth i will drink that clear protein mix with..i don't wanna start anything else just a shake.

The best protein shake i love is slim fast 20g protein 2-4 carbs and i do Adkins shakes if i want strawberry ..

Prayer going up nothing but blessing coming down.

At the airport on my way there's no turning back now..this is tummy Tuesday ...lol...keeping everyone in my prayers safe traveling for Surgery to go great with a fast speedy recovery ..

Wishing everyone speedy recovery and going up to all my sleever family on here. Doctor office called and said i can have my surgery tomorrow when i get to Dr. RODRIGUEZ ...is that normal looking at the positive side extra day for recovery ..

Is it normal for the doctor to move your Surgery up to the day you fly in..happy and excited tomorrow my big day.....5th on the 6th... everyone please pray for me safe surgery speedy recovery ...safe traveling ..i will be doing the same for everyone else ...

Since my last post I have done a 360 I can't wait to get started. I don't know what I would have done without this site it is a blessing.

This may sound crazy what can happen if you swallow gum due to I have my whole life. I know crazy..

I want to set small 15-20lbs a month and surprise my sister in October for the hair show. Then have a yard sale to get the old cloths out and new clothes in.. Set my goal low due to if I have a stall I won't freak out..
