Heading to the airport early in the morning and catching a flight to San Diego. Surgery is Wednesday. I can't get my nerves to subside!! I know this is normal but I wish they would go away!!

Anybody else have diarrhea before surgery. My surgery is Wednesday and my stomach has been so upset.

Thanks do much for all the replies. I'm just crazy nervous about this. I know everything will be fine. Hearing all your success stories reassures me. Also I'm not trying to spread rumors, just concerned. This is my stomach I'm putting in their hands! Lol

Was reading on the obesityhelp page where almanza left part of this lady's fundus? Or some of it and didn't get it all. Now she can eat more than most. That makes me worried. Can you guys help reassure me? Lol

Alright guys my mother and I are having out surgeries down in good ole Mexico. We were thinking of making it a mini vacation with my father as well. We will be driving from Oklahoma. Do you think riding in a car back home will be okay with lots of stops and take about three days with rest? I just don't know what kind of pain is going to be in our future. I called the airlines. 500 bucks per seat. Plus they want us to get an extra per person. This was at southwest. Just confused as to what is my best option.

I teach middle school as well and some hs classes! I am having mine with almanza in tj only 23. I told my kids if I get grouchy from my 2 week clear liquids just forgive me!!!

I've been seeing by a few people that they had a few tests befor they had their surgery. I'm going down south for my surgery to mex. and the lady didn't say anything about tests that we needed to have. WHat are the tests you are having done?

Lbeauty what made you change your mind? Just curious. I am always second guessing myself when it goes to having surgery in mex.

My surgery date and my mothers is May 23rd with Dr. Almanza in Tijuana!
