  4. I would call, to be safe. They will probably tell you to wait until Thursday, but better to be safe. My large incision still hurt 3 weeks out, but it was getting better everyday and Tylenol was enough to make it feel better. If it is getting worse, I would call for sure.
  5. Ha! I still surprise myself sometimes when I go to scratch an itch or something and feel a bone I forgot existed.
  6. It should pass. Just stand or sit very straight. Walking lightly helps when I over eat too. The nosiness gets less after you are further out too.
  7. Have been in a major stall, only 3 lbs in the last month which has me feeling down. I know going from size 22 to 14 in 7 months and 72 lbs gone is a huge accomplishment but still the stall sucks. I cleaned out a drawer full of jeans today and thought for fun I would put on those 22s just to see. I couldn't believe how baggy they were! Really helped remind me of how well I am doing and made me feel good. I am going to hang on to those jeans and put them on if I start feeling down about a stall again. Just wanted to share.
  8. Yes, there will be one larger than the rest because they pull the stomach out from that one.
  9. I have one in the middle up high (in the picture from scorpion509 there is no instrument there but a mark), one on the far right and also far left in the middle and two just above my belly button. The one that hurts the most is one just above the belly button. Could be left or right side depending on the surgeon. After I was sleeved, any pressure on my abdomen was not pleasant. Even though the waist band was below my incision, if it was even slightly fitted it would push up when I sat down and be uncomfortable. I stuck with loose pajama pants for the better part of a week. Same issue with bras. My soft sports bra was ok, but my underwire bras were not comfortable for a little over a week.
  10. For sure do it if that is what your surgeon ordered. Not everyone has to take it (I did not) but they are expecting you to have taken it and plan your surgery accordingly. I wouldn't take any chances.
  11. I thought the pureeing was so we didn't accidentally swallow something too big and hurt our healing stomachs. There seems to be a huge difference in the diets and nutritionist. I don't think it would hurt if you wanted to do purees for awhile. I know I couldn't chew up my food enough to feel comfortable for weeks. How long is your liquid phase? Maybe if they do a longer liquid phase they skip pureed? I haven't heard of the where you are at a year is where you will stay. I think there are people on here who took longer than a year to get to their goal. Sure it is faster at first but I think if you diet and exercise you can keep loosing weight after a year.
  12. I take: Vitafusion Multivites - 4 daily Coromega Omega3 Squeeze Packets - 2 daily Vitamin D (target brand) - 5000UI a day (I have a vitamin D deficiency) Bariatric Advantage cinnamon chewable Calcium - 1500mg a day (I hate these and always forget to take but have so many due to an ordering mistake on my part. I don't recommend them) Nature's Bounty Biotin 5000 mcg daily
  13. My itchiness only lasted a few days. I did use an anti itch cream one day because it got so bad I thought I would go crazy. That was a huge help!
  14. Yes I sometimes feel like I am reciting a monologue or something to order a coffee. You should try hazelnut with the soy latte if you haven't already. The soy really goes well with the nutty flavor.
  15. My hair loss didn't hit until about month 5. I feel like I will go bald any day now, but other people say they don't notice any thinning. I had really thick hair so I think that helps. I was starting to think I might not have any hair loss before it started.
  16. I think it is that the hair is just closer together so it looks like more. I am having the same experience. I saw a thread on here where a guy was saying it seemed like he had more chest hair for the same reason so I think it is common.
