Was Feeling Down About Stall But...

Have been in a major stall, only 3 lbs in the last month which has me feeling down. I know going from size 22 to 14 in 7 months and 72 lbs gone is a huge accomplishment but still the stall sucks. I cleaned out a drawer full of jeans today and thought for fun I would put on those 22s just to see. I couldn't believe how baggy they were! Really helped remind me of how well I am doing and made me feel good. I am going to hang on to those jeans and put them on if I start feeling down about a stall again. Just wanted to share.

It is pretty common for the weight loss to slow down after 6-7 months because that is when everything has healed but it does still come off. You have averaged over 10lbs a month that is marvelous!

I have lost 85# since February 24. The last month my weight has fluctuated between 203 and 197. It is very agrivating. My trainer at the gym pointed out that over the last two months I have lost 10 # and 6 inches and about 4% body fat. Thank God. But I still want to see the scale move as well. They say muscle weighs more than fat. So I guess I am losing fat and gaining muscle.
