Forums yielded stories about nuts and fish/fish oil causing it. You should ask doc. Don't assume that it is something serious, it just is a question that needs the right answer.
I once looked down before flushing and saw what I thought was a stool full of blood. I got pretty concerned until I remembered the Harvard beets my wife had fixed which I devoured in abundance .

I just lost one of my two last pounds to goal, after an almost 3 month stall. In the mean time I am looking better, clothes like me, except for this exiting cold I am quite healthy.
Stalls can't stop you. Some enemies die hard.

I didn't read all the comments but from one who reached goal within a year and regained 40 pounds 5 years later I will add that not "listening" to your stomach is a way to regain weight. My wonderful sleeve would always tell me when enough was enough but distractions....TV, conversations, etc., ....would cause me to miss the message. Afterwards I would suffer the consequences of sliming, heartburn, throwing up when asleep, etc.
i am now recovering and am heading back down to goal.
    I am listening again.

I have been absent a long time. I got a sleeve in 2012.. It went great and before the next year I went from 340 to 225.
I did well for quite a while but began regressing to old habits a little at a time. I am now at 260 and I am determined to get back.
My moment of realization came when I was walking into the grocery store and saw this fat guy coming at me in the reflection on the door.
I am back on medications that I had shed before and have much less energy.
    The downward spiral ends now.

I am doing well. I had a VERY exhausting day last week helping my wife do a quick but thorough clean up on a rental property, (not ours). I had cramps well into midnight afterwards, drank much Pickle Juice. That day I ate all I could get down. Otherwise, I am still hearing my sleeve and eating Protein first.
I am in good spirits, I KNOW I will make it back down to goal. It is the same feeling I had when I first lost the weight, the enemy is on the run, I am chasing him down and killing him off....๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜€

Are you losing inches? It is a better indicator of FAT loss. During my year and a half of weight loss I stalled, went up, and went down so many times I got bored and quit paying attention to it.
If you are an earthling the fat will come off if you do the core things: Water, Protein first, exercise, Fiber, rest, Vitamins.
If you are not an earthling, welcome!

We are not too old. We have just had longer to ingrain our habits than the young'ns. Speed eating was a problem for me, too. When you have brothers the fastest gets the mostest. The key is concentration while eating, talking or watching TV can throw you off.

At the beginning of my body change the sleeve and attending concerns enveloped the majority of my attention. The struggle to get it going, establishing guide lines, noting progress, mourning slow downs, and in the end, rejoicing exceedingly about my new body.
Now, coming up on my second year, my attention is being diverted by life itself. I am maintaining near my low weight and activity is at athletic level as I promised myself at the beginning. I had an empty feeling period when I asked myself the question, "Now what?"
This new body is just a part of who I am. It is no longer a hindrance, it now best serves me by not drawing attention to itself. It has become a vehicle to take my mind and soul to destinations and tasks. I have energy to express my heart and my body no longer blocks my reaching out.
I no longer have my body to use as an excuse for inactivity and introversion. I no longer hide behind shame. Now is the time to explore the other parts of myself and my relationship with those around me and the world in general. I have made a friend of myself and in so doing have deemed what love I have to offer as worthy to be shared. I have discovered that giving love is the quickest path to getting it.
I have a default eating, drinking, and exercise policy. I may step out for a bit but return to default quickly. I don't kick my butt for it, I am my friend now. If I don't have fun being me I won't be any fun to be around.
My grown daughter called me contagious the other day. It was one of the best things my ears have ever heard.

I have pretty much stalled at the goal weight I decided on before I started. Now I am wondering if my brain programed my body because of that choice. I didn't think my brain was that strong and my wife agrees. .......hey!

Congrats for recognizing you're off track. I'm off track too. I had my sleeve 6/2015. Lost more than my goal and my lowest weight was 147 (too skinny for my 5'10 frame to be honest). I've slid back into terrible junk food habits over the last year in particular and am up to 166. Although I rationalize that this still isn't a "bad" weight, and below my original ultimate goal of 175, it's a slippery slope. 166 this year, 175 next year, et cetera... Started logging my food again today! We can do this!!

I have GREAT NEWS!!! Even though I haven't had much success in the way of actual LOSS, I have gotten my job sorted out and will be going back to a solid predictable schedule. I know this will help a lot. The only disruption to my schedule will be my weekends, about every 4 weeks I'll work a full night/weekend shift.
My shift will also allow me to get a solid 7 hours of sleep most nights and leave room in my day for a cat nap if necessary. It will also give me a time frame to allow for the gym or the Y. Now it's all up to me to actually MAKE all of this happen, and to get my eating back on track. I know this probably seems like small potatoes, but considering the work schedule I've had for the last few months, this is a dream come true for me.

I think the stretch of a gastric sleeve is different from the stretch of a gastric bypass. The part left on the sleeve is the muscular part, the gastric bypass, it is bypassed. So the stretch of a sleeve is not as easy as a gastric bypass which is just stomach tissue. I could be wrong but this is what I understand.
Muscles can stretch but they can also shorten. If you and I quit abusing our stomach I believe it will shrink and give us more restriction. I am already feeling different, I am paying attention more. I ate yesterday in dead silence, no TV on, something I haven't done in a while. It was amazing how soon the full signal showed up. Saving the rest for later is a good thing, that's why tupperware was invented...๐Ÿ˜€

I had my sleeve surgery in October 2014. I went from 215 to 169. I am now up to 198. I would like to lose that 65% at least which is 151. My goal weight is 135 pounds. I am just praying I can stay on track. What an emotional journey! I am back on shakes and One meal a day.
