  1. Try going out for a short walk. It helped with me.
  2. Everyone is different. Mine was at four weeks and lasted a week. At three weeks you should be exercising like walking and some resistant workouts.
  3. Try taken smaller sips and a lots of them. It's important not to get dehydrated. If your not able to call your doctor.

  5. I had my VSG in Mexico with Dr Pronce. (See link below) I had no problems and I have lost 131 in 11 months.

  7. Starting a FB page is a good idea. I belong to a FB group of May 2012 sleevers. We have 152 members and it all started here. With all of us in the same time frame. We support each other. We also have our first annual cruise at the end of May.
  8. I don't understand why you need the shots. You didn't get a bypass. I was doing mine sublingual once a day and my first blood tests had my B12 vary high. He cut my B12 to every other day.

  10. For me I looked at my calories before exercise. Do you have a dietitian? 600 calories looks a little lite. I try to get 900 with 60 grams of protein.

  13. I had a three day diet. Just yogurt.
  14. I bought mine at Bast Buy. For me it was way to much info for me. and too complicated. I took it back. I use MyFitnessPal to track my exercise.

  17. Welcome, If you want to talk about the surgery to your family and friends, that's great. but sometimes you may not get the support from your family. Like I didn't.
  18. First thing, Stalls are completely normal. To get though them you need to change up your retain. Stop drinker Gaterade. Try Cristal Light. and increase your exercise to 4 or 5 time a week. I just start with walking for a half an hour. If your not using MyFitnessPal, start. Most of us here use it for food tracking. There is a form just for them. About vitamins, there are many different kind out there. Many of us use Flintstone Chewable.
