I have lost 20 pounds in the last two weeks so I don't think you are losing to fast. They say you may have stalls and things so if that happens don't get discouraged. I am two weeks two days out and I am feeling amazing!

And I am feeling fabulous!! The first week I though maybe I had made a terrible mistake but now I couldn't be happier with the decision. Went to my two week appointment on Tuesday and I am down 20 pounds. Guess its a good thing to follow the program faithfully how is everyone sleeved in the last few months doing?? Would love to hear some stories of others!

I am 5 days post op. In general I am doing well. I am walking a lot .. Eating as I am supposed to. I am off pain meds except for an occasional dose of liquid Tylenol. Below my main incision inside I am having pain, not constant pain but mainly laying down and moving wrong. It's pretty much in just one area. It is the worst laying down and I am not getting much sleep. Have they cut the muscle there or something? I know this probably sounds dumb to ask but I am doing so well I don't want to just freak out over that. Have you all experienced this type of pain? And if so... How long did it go on? Advice pls!

You look amazing... How long since surgery for you?

And I am having a lot of pain and gas that won't come out. I am feeling pretty horrible.

Tomorrow I am having my surgery. I am excited but a little scared all at the same time. Don't quite know exactly what to expect for the next couple of weeks but hoping all goes well and that I don't feel to crappy after for to long! Thanks ladies! I will be thinking of you on the 30th! Nice to know I am not the only one going through it on that day! We should start our own little support group... We could call it the July 30 Girls! What do u think about it? I really need some support and would love to have it from people at the exact stage as me

Well now the time is flying by and surgery will be here before you know it. All my physicals and stuff are done and all is well. So why am I so nervous still? I know I am making a the very best decision and I am so happy about it but my nerves are still frazzled. I am wishing I had more confidence in my post surgery self! Anyone else ever feel like this?
