  1. If you are on a liquid diet you can have it. Not on a clear diet.
  2. I had Dr. Ponce on May 23. I had no problems. The patient coordinator, Trish is the best. I'm still in contact with her and give her update. She has a vary active Facebook page. The hospital is OK and by the way. It's not in a shopping center. If you have specific question send me or O.T.R. Sleever a message.
  3. The latest study out said that 36% of us regain all or most of our weight back. This is because we don't change our life style and the way we think about food. . We go back to way we were. This sleeve we got is only a tool. NOT a cure. I would go back to your doctor and talk to them. If you went to Mexico. Go see a dietitian. They will help you get back on track. You have just made the first step now. Now get out there and finish it. We will be here for you.
  4. Yes, It's normal not to be hungry. I'm three mouths out and I still have to use a alarm to remind me to eat. I would suggest to put them in a drink bottle and carry them with you. Like your water. Good luck. It will get better and keep a positive attitude. : )

  11. I'm eight weeks out and I have no appetite. I have alarms set on my phone to tell me when it's time to eat. I had heard some people never get there appetite back.
  12. I had carpel tunnel for the last 15 years. I had decided to get the surgery and got the date for next month. But, I have noticed this last week. I have not had any symptoms. I haven't talked to the doctor yet but I don't think I'm doing the surgery. I was sleeved May 23rd and have lost 50 lbs. so far.
  13. Dr. Kelly is a good surgeon. My doctor, Dr. Ponce De Leon taught him well. One thing you need to watch out for is that he well charge you extra for complications.
  14. I got no support from my family. I just stop talking about it. If someone made a comment about it I would say " I 'm just thinking about it" and thank them for there concern. Then just go when the date comes. It's none of there business. This is for you and your daughter.
  15. You can do it! Keep positive attitude that is the best thing you can do during recovery. : )
