Question?

Good morning everyone, I am on day 6 of 14 on my clear luquid diet and I just wanted to ask a question, I have to drink 2 Meal Replacement shakes and 2 shakes of my choice, I use Atkins. I am having a hard time getting this in. I'm just not hungry, I have to make sure that I eat.

I have lost 14 lbs as of last wed 29th and I feel good. Has anyone else had a problem with making sure they get all their shakes in?

Yes, It's normal not to be hungry. I'm three mouths out and I still have to use a alarm to remind me to eat. I would suggest to put them in a drink bottle and carry them with you. Like your water. Good luck. It will get better and keep a positive attitude. : )

Believe me I try, I bring my water with me but I just keep forgetting, but thanks for the advice and good luck with your continued success!

Some drug stores have little 32 oz tubes that have mega-protein. I understand they are very sweet, but at least they are smaller quantity. You may want to get one and try that.

My recommendation would be the Unjury® protein powders. I love the chocolate splendor and the chicken soup is great when you want something savory instead of sweet.
