Car accident 4 weeks post op

Today I got into a car accident. I have a few pains but nothing that feels serious, I think it was from tensing up. I walked away unharmed the pain started quite a bit after. I had my seat belt on and no air bag deployed. I'm wondering if on monday I should contact my doctor just to see if he wants to see me.

Just let him know. It should be ok.

You are off the blood thinners, right? If so, I'd just call him Monday to let him know. If you are still on them for some reason I'd call his answering service and have them call him (or the on-call doc) to make sure that you're in the clear.
