I think you will lose a lot of weight with the Sleeve. Thank's what I was told. You are correct about having the control of the band. I will see with the Sleeve ,I am having my Surgery next Tuesday. I will keep you updated with my weight loss. I am having the Sleeve Gastrectomy done. Weight 240
