  1. I too am an RN and plan on going back to work after 1 week. I work in labor and delivery so there isn't much lifting. I know it will probably be a little rough but we nurses are tough!!!! lol. I also work with a great bunch of girls and know they will help me if I need it. Good luck to you! Please let us know how you do.
  2. I am also self pay and will take out a loan for my surgery. It is a little nerve racking to think of the debt I am putting my family in but I believe that the long term rewards (ie: being healthier, feeling good about myself, and being able to keep up with my little ones) is worth the short term inconvenience of having to cut back on spending. I hope you can relax and feel confindent in your decision. Congratulations and I wish you a speedy recovery.
  3. I am scheduled for Sept 13th. I am so nervous but excited to be a different person.
