  1. Welcome to bandland! Please stay on the diet your doctor provided for you, this is for healing. It's very important to follow the directions at the early part of banding. You are taking a chance of losing your band if you start eating all the wrong things when you shouldn't.

  6. It's always better to be safe than sorry. I'm glad you called the doctor and he is doing something right away.
  7. One thought, maybe this was a baby bird that couldn't fly and he was waddling off to hide.
  8. Boy, that is a tough one! I think I would have a long talk with the doctor, it's really hard at that age to know. One thing, did it break the skin? You are definately in my thoughts. Good Luck and please let us know.

  12. I had one too, and it was repaired during surgery too. I didn't have any problems, didn't have to stay off solids or anything. Good luck, and let us know how you did when you get out of surgery.:biggrin1:

  18. Hey y'all! Well, we rode the harleys down to the fair, and had a great time! This is the first time I was there and I was amazed! It is so cool! Beanie - I looked for you all day! Among the hundreds of other folks! Sherry - Our bands are finiky bitches! One day I can eat a bunch of something and the next day I can't eat any of it. Yup, everytime I eat too fast I pay for it! Cindy - Glad you are back home and safely tucked in. lol Don't worry, things should work out in the end! Well, just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing, catch you all later! My feet is tired, I'm going to prop them up! :nono:
