  1. I'm a month out and feel the same! I eat mostly 90% protien, veggies second never, rice, potatoes etc!

    But I've stold two fries from my girls happy meal!! Literally 2!!! lol but it was enough to kill the craving :)

    I've had a couple wheat thins, cheez its etc! only a couple times! But I stick to my protien shakes, protien foods and vegetables and little fruit and have had the couple times like you guys! :)


  2. The diet consist of Carnation Instant breakfast Sugar Free, fat free milk, sugar free low calorie pudding, Sugar free jello, and some other sugar free low carb shakes!!!! That is all you are allowed to eat for two weeks! It's hard, but it will help shrink your liver and stomach fat for surgery, you will also heal much faster doing this diet first! Good luck!!!


  3. The walking makes you feel better and the pounds will keep coming off definately! I agree with dee dee once I moved to mushies I fealt better like I was actually consuming something! Keep up being a LOSER! ;)
