Hi Tiffany I really do need some help, I had the sleeve done Nov 09 and I have only lost 30 pounds. I am starting to get very depressed and I feel as though this isnt working for me. Yes I do workout on a regular and I eat protein like its going out of style. I am wondering if my pouch is to big If thats a such thing. I feel like such a failure Is there a group that you can refer me to or give me some advice. Thanks alot -

Hi Tiffany- Your story is so touching of course im new to the sleeve, I cant wait til I can say that I have dropped 50 pounds. I can relate to what you are saying about old habits, I to am struggling with them. Just know that your a movitator to me and many more ppl that are on this site.

:001_rolleyes:Hello Everyone, I just wanted to give a brief update on my weight lost. I'm 3wks post today and im down 20 pounds.. I have to say I didnt think that I was ever going to start loosing weight. I guess thats just the human side of me, I would beat myself up and think that I made the wrong decision. I have learned that I have to also do my part in order for the sleeve to do it part... My DR wants me to start soft food and I was like "what" I cant even get 64oz of water down. But Im going to take it slow and just enjoy being full all the time I love it..

Hello Everyone, I have a question I am almost 2wks out, and I have been having bad headaches. Can someone please tell me if this is normal? Im doing my protein and liquid (as hard is it is to get down ) as I was in structed to do. Im currently not on Blood Pressure meds "thank GOD". I was hoping that someone could give me some advice.. Today the pain was a little better, I am still on Liquids which is filling me up really fast but im making sure that I get my Protein and Water in... Hello Everyone, I am new to this site I went from the band to the sleeve on 11-20-09 so Im 7 days post-out. I have a question I am having sharp pains in my lower left side of my tummy is this normal? It's kinda scary to me I did talk with my Dr about it and he said that, thats where he did alot of work at....
When I had my band done I went thru alot.. I mean alot fill / unfill, abt 100 slippage's however I did lose weight with the band I started at 335(10/05) and went down to 217 and held it off for 3 yrs(12/08) and when I enter 2009 it got worse..
I am kinda worried now about the "what if" I dont lose any weight? Why do I want to taste food? How long will my stomach be swollen?
I would like appreciate any and all help/advice that I can get..
