:001_rolleyes:Hello Everyone, I just wanted to give a brief update on my weight lost. I'm 3wks post today and im down 20 pounds.. I have to say I didnt think that I was ever going to start loosing weight. I guess thats just the human side of me, I would beat myself up and think that I made the wrong decision. I have learned that I have to also do my part in order for the sleeve to do it part... My DR wants me to start soft food and I was like "what" I cant even get 64oz of water down. But Im g

Headaches

Hello Everyone, I have a question I am almost 2wks out, and I have been having bad headaches. Can someone please tell me if this is normal?   Im doing my protein and liquid (as hard is it is to get down ) as I was in structed to do. Im currently not on Blood Pressure meds "thank GOD".   I was hoping that someone could give me some advice..   Thanks in advance Have a good Day!:001_tongue:
