I'm going back to basics with the new year. I didn't gain, but I did indulge myself and now I need to keep my healthy habits going. I did my walk early this morning and I am on my 4th glass of Water. I am caring for myself again. I am worth the effort. 🐵

I had VSG in February. I've never really struggled at getting in my Protein, but lately it has been a challenge. Any advice out there?
