Hi Beckie, I'm really down...I'm so hungry I can barely stand it..seems you've come through like a real trooper...on my flight home the airlines was passing out hot sandwiches... I was drooling like a mad dog!!! It can only get better...LOL

Dr Aceves stated tape would fall off after 10 days but def told me no swimming for 15 days:cursing:...I thought if I could lay in swimming pool I could get my mind off of being hungry!!

I'm Debbie (Debking811)..Pam(Size Seven) and I had surgery June 17th and we're doing ok...not as good as we thought!! We're both starving...the surgery went well..loved the hospital, Dr Aceves and Dr Campos but these clear liquid days are H-E-L-L!! I'm sure Size Seven will be on soon..we're just trying to make it till Friday...I get to the point I feel so weak I have to lay down. I'm def not a ninny baby cause I've had a tummy tuck and this surgery was a cakewalk comparatively. I'm taking my B12, Centrum vitamins and as much Isopure I can stomach!! I felt much better today once I had jello...has anyone else had these same feelings their first week?

I'm having VSG surgery tomorrow and was told there was less pain to have saddle block with anesthesia...I'd like to get feedback...I had epidural with last pregnancy and did not like feeling of it at all..just wondering????

Today I'm off to San Diego with my dear friend Size Seven to meet Ernesto!! Our surgery is tomorrow the 17th with Dr Aceves...I will be number 2!! Wish us luck...I am NERVOUS!!!!!!:thumbup1:

I think I'm @ that nervous stage..my surgery is coming up...I just want to make sure there is no one out there is is absolutely sorry they had the surgery..I know this is a terrible question to ask but I just want honest answers...I'm getting butterflies b/cause of the life change.

Can you avoid major hair loss if you take Biotin tablets and use Biotin Shampoo?

I was told pajamas(preferably), chapstick, mouthwash, essential toiletries and shoes with rubber soles. You might want to take a robe too--heard it gets kinda chilly. Nina should have sent email I believe...I'm also taking my laptop and Ipod...guess I'm thinking positive!! Good luck...my surgery is on the 17th! :001_smile: If I've forgotten anything...someone please jump in and respond..

Maybe it's just me but isn't everyone getting tired of hearing about Obama's date that we're paying for and what dog to get for his kids and didn't it take several weeks to decide on a name for the dog. Thank goodness someone finally started helping Mrs Obama pick out a decent dress. Also, how bout Michelle's arms...do they really look any different from anyone else's arms that work out regularly with weights...I thought this cpl in the White House was going to be different...NOT!!!!
