Yes,I found something that works well with me and tastes so good! I was allowed to have soft foods including meats like crab, chicken, fish, ground meat at weeks 3-4. It makes me feel good and I love it. Chew, chew, chew. Last night I ate meat loaf, mashed potatoes and soft green beans. Yummy!

You can sub any milk you want! The original recipe calls for 2% milk, I used heavy cream.

Did you use Belite?
Yes, I used Bi-lite and Sharon was my coordinator. Everything went so smooth and with being in Mexico by myself, everyone was so supportive.

You are craving sugar because your liver has stored up sugar in it. The way to break the cravings, like I had to do, is to go on a protien diet such as Atkins. After about a week the sugar will be purged from your liver and you won't even think about sweets anymore. It works!

Stalls: Just because I get it doesn't mean I have to like it

I am one month out today. My stall began last week. My weight has been hovering between 203 and 203.5 this past week. I haven't weighed less than 204 in 3 years. I am thinking this weight is a set point. I am sure there will be other set points where a stall will happen too. It is very frustrating because I am walking and hardly eating anything. I know that I am still losing because my clothes are looser. I hope by this next week, the stall will break through and go below the 200 mark. Wishing really hard!
