So excited! Had my first "meal" tonight and it was Delish!!!! 1/2 cup of part skim ricotta, marinara sauce, and a sprinkle of low fat mozzarella put it in the microwave for 1 minute!! Omg it was like heaven lol. Couldn't finish it all but was so happy that everything went down! It was nice to have something to eat with my family for dinner!

That's Awesome!!!!! and ya it makes sense that your body wants to get rid of the yuck stuff keep up the great work
