Hi I'm Sara. I'm 23. Was banded on the 16th of July. It would be nice to have someone to talk to, hang out with and walk with around me. My family is being really good about being supportive its just weird talking to them about it cause I have to break everything down so that they understand. Well if anyone is interested let me know:)

Ok so im having a hard time getting the protein shakes and protein shots down:/ any suggestions?

ya i know still working on it. trying to get some suggestions

i've tried the a couple of the protein shots mixed with juice and such but the flavor is to strong for me and upsets my stomach, tried few different kinds of whey protein and that upsets my stomach too. put that in shakes, smoothies and almond milk. Ill look into the Premier Protein too.

Today Is a not so good day:( can't seem to keep anything down. and when it comes back up there is a lot of Mucus also... Is this typipcal anyone know? im on day 12 -
Oh wow thats awesome!!!! When do you walk? I wouldn't mind having someone to walk with. I need to start walking more!

ok July buddies. this is really odd for me and i don't know what to think. I was banded tuesday 7/16/13 and havn't been able to do more than sip and not very mucht at that. Tonight I was drinking a smoothie like before i was banded. It feels as if the band isn't there... is that normal for anyone else? -

Hi banded 7/16/13!!!! -
Had my surgery Tuesday and big gulps hurt and come right back up for me:( as for laying down I did my right side for the first couple days then my left. The pressure on my left actually felt better... hour you figure out what works for you:)
