buddy near Euless, Texas

Hi I'm Sara. I'm 23. Was banded on the 16th of July. It would be nice to have someone to talk to, hang out with and walk with around me. My family is being really good about being supportive its just weird talking to them about it cause I have to break everything down so that they understand. Well if anyone is interested let me know:)

    Hi Sara, Check with your docs office to see if there are any support groups in your area....if not, ours meets at 6:00 PM every Tuesday and is open to anyone that has had lap band surgery. We meet at Fort Worth Lap Band - 2501 Parkview Ave. Fort Worth, TX. Good Luck!

    I am in North Richland Hills as well. I was baned on April 25th and have lost 48 pounds so far. If you guys get a group together I would love to work out with y'all right now I walk around the track at Richland High School.
