  1. I get that with too much sugar as well. But for me, it has to be very sweet ( ie desserts, cosmo)
  2. I told my husband I wanted to be sleeved. One year ago I picked up the phone and made my first appointment. I am now 6 months post op, down 86lbs. I started in size 22 pants and 3xl tops. I am now in size 14 pants and almost ready to move to L tops. What a great decision!
  3. Nope. My dr only does them when the patients BMI is 55 or greater
  4. I never had one. I am 6 months out and j have only had one week where I did not lose any weight.
  5. Surgery 1/31. Down 84lbs. 30 to goal. I am 5'10 and started at 294 now 210.
  6. I am 5.5 months out. I have only had 1 week where I I'd not lose weight.
  7. No goal weight here. My surgeon said he would be happy if I lost 60. I laughed and said I am losing way more than that. I am 5'10" inches I picked 180 as a goal. At 213 now I am a loose 16. I am hoping to fit into a 12. If 180 feels good I will stay there. We shall see.
  8. I have always been hungry. But I get full so fast. But that hunger sensation never left. On the plus side I am 5 months post op, down 80lba and only 34 to gial
  9. I weigh myself twice a day. I got to my dr every month for the first year.
  10. Same as before. My dr cleared me at 4 weeks post op.
  11. I am 4+ months post op. today I am super nauseas. I did nothing different, I drank more than enough water, ate etc. but still feel these waves of nausea. Does this happen to anyone else?

  13. I was cleared to drink again at 4 weeks post op. I drink wine quite often.
  14. I had surgery on 1-31-13. I had 4oz of diet soda young for the first time. It was yummy and I lived to tell the take.
  15. I had bag on 1/31/13 and my husband had gastric bypass on 4/25.
  16. What's your temp? When I came home my temp was 99.3 for a few days.
  17. I am 3 months out and my hunger never went away. I just can satisfy if quicker.
  18. It will get easier in another day or 2. You can do it!
  19. I am 3 months post op. I had Chinese food today and wine. I still stayed under my calorie limit. I also got all my protein in. I don't need someone to say its ok or not ok. It's fine for me. Do I do this everyday? Nope. My nut is fine with this. People need to worry about themselves and stop creating inane posts. ( not this post the ones referenced)
  20. My husband has been in surgery for 6 hours so far!
