13. Surgery April 30, 2013. Pic on left is pre surgery, middle is about a month out, and the one on the right is me this last friday. Its been 2.5 months and I feel so much better already! I'm definitely not where I want to be but am pleased with my progress! 70 lbs down already and feelin' great!
14. I had the same craving!! I had it before my surgery and then again after. I didn't eat a pickle, but I did drink some juice to hold me over!

16. My surgeon said if I drank caffeine to limit it to 8oz a day. It can cause dehydration, and a lot of sleevers have a hard enough time getting their fluids in and staying hydrated.
17. yes always good to check with your Dr!
18. Southeast Oklahoma! ♥
19. Yes its normal. I didn't have one for almost two weeks. My dr told me if I felt like I needed to take something to help it. But he wasn't worried. Eventually it came on its own.

22. Honestly this post scares me! Its my fear! I'm 15 days out and can drink just like I did before surgery! Goodness I hope this surgery works for me! I wish it was working better for you too... sorry.
23. Thank you. I guess I'm just worried that it isn't going to work. the blood thing did worry me, still has me a bit worried. Have fear that I could have a leak or something but my surgeons nurse keeps telling me I would know it if I did. I just want this to work...
24. I'm 15 days out from surgery and I feel like I can drink as much water as I want. I started some solid foods a couple days ago and puked up blood. My surgeon put me back on liquid diet but I've been concerned something is wrong. Is it normal that I can take in all the water I want to and never feel full or sick? I hear people talk about barely getting their fluid and I definitely do not have that problem?
25. I am 2 weeks out. Today I ate a quarter cup of cottage cheese and 4 crackers. I felt no sickness or feeling full. I did however experience some diarrhea afterwards. Is this normal that it didn't make me feel full or sick??
26. Yes I'm working on that! Thank you. I kind of thought that may have something to do with it.
27. Thanks. I told the nurse I was havin trouble with intake and had a headache and until I got the phenagren it was hard for me to keeo anything from feeling like it was coming up. I hope its that I was starting to get dehydrated and that I can fix that.
28. I called surgeons nurse. She told me to rotate pain meds and tylenol, also said she would page my surgeon and let him know. But that normally they don't get roo concerned unless fever gets to 101.5
