  1. I was told not to use a treadmill untill at least a month out so I assume jogging would be 6 weeks? Your body will tell you if it's too soon when you attempt it. just don't overdo it and get a green light from the doc first.
  2. I'm right there with you. I walk around all day but I can't wait till I'm allowed to go to the actual gym

  6. There is a post about carb cycling I saw in the past few days with a ton of post on it about people having success with it. Not the most helpful response but at least I can point you in the right direction?

  9. Good luck! I'm still too new to this lifestyle to give any big advice other than find a doctor you like and follow directions (don't try to push your self to hard after surgery)

  12. I chuckled at this as I'm also a waxer but if you go to Walmart it a store like that they will sale products to reduce the itch and help prevent ingrown hairs. Sorry it was so painful

  14. I know I hate when I get this response but have you called the doctor? It sounds like you may have a tad to much fluid. At least this is What has happened with friends of mine that are farther along in there journey than I am

  16. I bought three books off amazon and they actually have good recipes in it. That was one of them I purchased--I googles top lap band books and ordered three from that list
  17. Myself and about 6 people I have known for years have used him. I had surgery may 7th. I actually drive over a hour to him vs using the doctor near me because of the reviews ((and the doctor true results offered me I ended up not feeling comfortable with))
