Lasagna cup

I'm on "mushies" and made something actually worth taking a pic of:)

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup Pasta sauce

1//4 cup shredded f/f mozzarella cheese

1-2tbs grated Parmesan

Layer first 2 ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Heat for 20-30 seconds. Add mozzarella and heat addition 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Add Parmesan.

With the ingredients I used it was 150 calories and 13 grams of Protein and super yummy:)

Today was my first day of the "mushy" foods... I had seen this post about a week ago and saved the recipe as I knew it would be my first foray back towards food after 4 weeks of liquids... it was YUMMY!!! I did substitute ricotta as I don't like cottage cheese... but the result was awesome!! thanks for posting.

Must try this soon

Did y'all mix the bowl together after it was made?

I cooked it all in the layers but when I ate it it all got mixed together.

I ran out of cottage cheese but used fat free ricotta, very very good. Thanks for sharing

Yes, mushie foods

Even better with ricotta (like lasagna!)

Enjoy!

Omg! I'm going to try this!!! Thnx

Now you can all look forward to adding chopped up chicken or ground turkey to it when you get to add real meat! Awesome!

I use to make something very similar to this when I was on Atkins-- I used to add pepperoni.... It's delish!!
