  1. No my port is near my belly button. I have never felt this discomfort with my other fills so wasn't sure what it might be. If it doesn't get better by Monday I will call and speak with the doc!
  2. It is in the upper part. Upper left pretty close to my chest area.
  3. I had my fourth fill on wed and did fine until Thursday night. Thursday night I started having a dull consistent pain in my stomach. This pain has been constant since then. My question is does this mean I'm to tight? In eating great I'm full on a little amount and stay full. The dull constant pain is the only thing bothering me. I'm also worried about the possibility of slippage, could the pain be from slippage?
  4. Thanks guys I will have to read them all. So far with what I have read seems to work.
  5. It has been almost 5 months since my surgery. I have been doing good and have reached a point where i am stuck. I can't seem to lose any more! I have heard a lot about carb cycling and wonder if anyone has any ideas or thoughts about it. I know I need to switch things up. I am changing my workout routine, but need meal ideas! Please help with any good ideas or thoughts to help me through this stuck phase!!
  6. Totally get this!! My mom who is the only one who knows constantly ask me to go out to eat weekly!!!

  10. Does any one use this to track burned calories? Also I would like some ideas of other heart monitors that work great. I am researching these and I really want to get one to use with my work outs!
  11. I agree with the others! My lap band was much easier than my c section.
  12. I was self pay too. I had to do the psych eval and blood work and two week preop diet. I had surgery in 4 weeks from consult. It went very fast it seemed for me.
