I asked the same question and got varying responses. I was able to go back to work in 3 days. But again keep this in mind you may be a bit week and have a funny feeling walking around and moving bec yr body has to get use to the object in yr body. Make sure you drink a lot of water and take yr vitamins. Keep posted how it worked out for u.

Hi. I read about pain and was worried. I had no pain at all. Went to work 3 days later. Stayed overnight at hospital bec I suffer from diabetes. I was glad n happy to bec u want to make sure everything is ok before u go home. Only prob I had was getting out of bed. No gas then. Now more after eating. Just an issue to deal with...nothing more. My nutritionist said I had no pain bec I drank go veggie a powder drink substitue providing u with lots of veggies we normally dont eat. It will all depend on yr body. Everyone I read has a different experience. In the end, the majority would do it sgain if they have to including me. Keep me posted post op.
