  1. I asked the same question and got varying responses. I was able to go back to work in 3 days. But again keep this in mind you may be a bit week and have a funny feeling walking around and moving bec yr body has to get use to the object in yr body. Make sure you drink a lot of water and take yr vitamins. Keep posted how it worked out for u.
  2. Hi. I read about pain and was worried. I had no pain at all. Went to work 3 days later. Stayed overnight at hospital bec I suffer from diabetes. I was glad n happy to bec u want to make sure everything is ok before u go home. Only prob I had was getting out of bed. No gas then. Now more after eating. Just an issue to deal with...nothing more. My nutritionist said I had no pain bec I drank go veggie a powder drink substitue providing u with lots of veggies we normally dont eat. It will all depend on yr body. Everyone I read has a different experience. In the end, the majority would do it sgain if they have to including me. Keep me posted post op.

  10. None. You get a first fill 4 weeks later...thats my case.
  11. I doubt you hurt yourself but you have to stop because you can streach the band. You should be on liquids such as water and boost protein shake my favorite. Stop having regrets and start again. Its worth it.
  12. Just got banded 7/2/13 feel great. No pain. Just gas. After 3 days feel ready to go to my desk job.
  13. Yea. Tomorrow my turn. Thanks for the update. My daughters are both worry. One is 21 and the other 23. I tell them doctors orders no fattening foods and the house has to be clean...cant risk an infection...

  16. Vanilla and chocolate are good. EAS even has a strawberry but havent tried it. It taste great.
  17. Thanks all for the responses. It helped me prepare mentally for after the surgery. I am self employed and worried about hownlong I will be out.
