1. The new pic was taken after working out that's why I look like that. ..if u can't see the changes its okay
2. My fiance is saying my face is changing. So I did a comparison shot to post. I think its important (for me at least) to track all my changes. Even if its only 2 weeks and 26lbs down. Anyone else have any before and small changes pics? SW 268 CW 242 No preop diet. The one on rt is now
3. So I can just get regular and add protein powder? Honestly greek yogurt tastes too sour to me
4. I buy spinach too (well pre sleeve) and if it is getting too close to expiration date I just cook it lol
5. I guess I could talk to my nut about this but is the nutritional value in greek yogurt better than regular? Suppose that both kinds are fat free and sugar free what is the difference? Plain greek yogurt (without fresh fruit) makes me wanna gag so I have stayed away from it. It also wasnt until recently that it was a big deal.
6. I went to Peachwave the frozen yogurt self serve place near here and got sugar free and fat free vanilla I added unflavored protein powder in it at home. I'm 2 weeks out.
7. How tall are you...I started at 268 so we were close.
8. Since there are many surgeons that dont do a pre op diet you will be fine
9. I dont want huge boobs I just dont want little ones...mine dont currently hurt
10. Was sleeved on the 23rd...no pre op diet Lost 21lbs the first week Lost 6lbs this week Total lost 27lbs in 2 weeks!! Sw:268 Cw:241
11. I slept in a recliner for a 2 nights then I was back in my bed sleeping on my belly
12. Also id like to point out the woman I babysit for is a bodybuilder and probably drinks 3-4 diet cokes a day...if (when I get to that point) I wanna have a diet soda every other week I think ill be alright.
13. Hey I lost 21lbs in 7 days lying around watching tv
14. Haven't read all the comments yet but my dr never said I can't have it ever just for the first few months so I dont get why its so crazy to think someone who was told this would have some eventually. I used to have a diet coke like twice a month nbd
15. My surgeon let me know ahead of time that all vitamins and medication had to be in chewable or liquid form
16. It is the worst though when EVERYTHING tastes too sweet ...crystal light, zero calorie gatorade, any kind of flavored water, any flavored protein drink...it sucks
17. I love Rocco...has anyone checked out his flash fried chicken its actually healthier than most baked chicken
18. Thanks it really does help!
19. I'm not sure because the girls dont fill in the bra anymore but it may be because of the change in band that is doing that too...ill probably hit up vs in a few weeks to be measured...probably wont buy anymore bras from there though til I'm closer to goal
20. So I am originally a 38D which is not big for my size...problem is 2 weeks post op my bras are not fitting any more. It upsets me because I have a lot of bras (expensive ones from victorias secret) just because I think they are cute and make me feel good so I bought alot over the past few years. So far they are now loose on the tightest clip when they used to be snug on the loosest clip. Did anyone else lose weight in what they consider their smallest area first. I am pear shaped.
