  1. I'm also not a person who eats a lot just to eat I only eat when hungry currently 1200-1400 calories per day. Nutritionist had me down to 1000 but I got too hungry but can't lose any weight just consistantly at the same weight. I work out 5-6 days per week
  2. I am new to this app. I am 5'8" and weigh 267 so I am just eligible for surgery. I have a family history of obesity and obesity related diseases which is why I am pursuing lap band. I see you guys talking about pre surgery weight loss and was wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me and can't do any excessive dieting currently for it would make me ineligible for surgery
